Nashville Wine Auction engages local and global wine communities to produce wine-related events which raise money to fund the fight against cancer. When you contribute to our auctions, you help support our mission. Your generosity is the backbone of our fundraising efforts, and it means the world to us.
We accept wine donations of every size, from a couple of bottles up to a couple of cases…or more! Share large format bottles, rare vintages, wine you may have outgrown, extra bottles from new harvest deliveries, or just clear out wines to free up space in your cellar. The auction benefits from all wine donations!
We also accept non-wine donations for the auction. These may include travel packages, guesthouse or vacation homestays, dining experiences, entertainment packages, high-end luxury items, financial contributions, and more.
The first step for any donation is to complete and return a signed donation form. Our Donation Specialist/Cellar Master, Lee Ann Steen will contact you to finalize donation details.
Auction Donation Deadlines
We accept donations year-round. If you are donating for a specific event, kindly keep these deadlines in mind:
- l’Eté du Vin 2024 Donation Deadline | June 3, 2024
- Year-End Donations | Forms due by Dec 31, 2024
- Pairings 2025 Donation Deadline | January 8, 2025
Delivery of Donations
Wine donations may be dropped off at our office during regular business hours, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, or you may ship your donation to the office.
